Nice one,,,now lets see the Wip,,,, Totally agree. I hope to get more done on this asap. Thomas helmet slowed down a bit with the winter cold months. Plus a few troubles. Sadly I ordered the electronic kits in the post for this helmet last month. To still find out they are at Heathrow, bizarre since its been there since early March.

Slight update. I cut a bit of the back out. Mainly the front where the visor will sit in. A lot of mess made from cutting out the visor

Looks like a rubber sael, Maybe a plumbers merchants, Maybe search in Ebay for thick black rubber washers/seals?

Are the LEDs supposed to work? and is that possibly a socket for a cable to go to an MP3?
