Lol, its the bane of costumng world to recreate better, most of us here at one time or another have added something else to a costume, Its only when you troop it you find out any malfunctions or try to create something to make easy next time around, Alway carry some hot glue, Sticky tape, or something for those awkward days on troops.
Ebay for me has a lot to answer for, lol, even having to wait week and weeks for those imported overseas parcels. Damn customs, lol. But always worth the wait...
When showing your costume, we ask very nicely if all members could make a WIP thread, (1) it helps members see the tlc that you nhave taken to put it together, and (2) it helps if someone wants to copy your detials to making one of their own, Also we ask all members to provide pictures of reference, This means it make light work or easy for clearance team to see your costume compared to reference accuracy...
Thanks.!

The costume clearance procedure is to make sure your costume is as close as possible to film spec. This enables you to really look as if you have just walked off set so to speak. It is also a requirement for the club so we can show everyone that we are professional when it comes to costuming quality and standards. Its a very basic procedure that all members must do to verify their costumes are up to standard plus it also enables us to create a database of everyones costumes.
The Military style ranks is just a bit of fun so dont worry about it, you just rise up the ranks as you post more and more.
There have been some deletion of members, this was due to those members not behaving in the best interests of the club and also plotting to wreck the club by hacking the forum and sabotaging it.
In total we have 62 members some of the active, some not so and also 5 High Council Members who are celebrities who support the club.
